Become a Friend of the Center of HOPE in Jerusalem!

2014 has been a momentous year for the Elijah Interfaith Institute and the Center of HOPE in Jerusalem:

• The Sikh, Hindu, Buddhist, Muslim, Jewish and Christian  Forum of World Religious Leaders and their academic colleagues in the The Hermes Forum for the Study of the Mystical and Spiritual Life met near Munich and envisioned the Center of Hope bringing about a Jerusalem united in prayer.
• The Annual Elijah Summer School in Jerusalem – ‘The Power of Prayer’ was an outstanding success Christians, Muslims and Jews from 11 countries came together for a week of intellectual and spiritual enrichment which built a community of prayer at holy sites in the land holy to all, in the midst of  war.
• The largest pilgrimage of U.S. Catholic Bishops at the highest levels met with the Elijah Interfaith Institute for a unique and fruitful meeting with their Jewish and Muslim counterparts.  The meeting featured a discussion of the vision of HOPE and an inspiring future for interreligious cooporation in the Holy Land.

We urge you to join us as a Friend of the Elijah Interfaith Institute’s Center of HOPE in Jerusalem. Share our HOPE – the dream of creating a center in Jerusalem that will be a House of Prayer and Education.  Your end of the year contribution will help us make our collective dream of interreligious peace a reality!

Your contribution will help us bring leaders from all over the world to participate in creating this vision of HOPE.  HOPE Fellows, leaders and scholars from different religions will teach, learn, pray and model interreligious friendship with the diverse communities of Jerusalem, infusing religious respect and harmony so needed in this troubled city. When we bring peace to Jerusalem, we will bring peace to all the world.
