One of the graduates of an Elijah Summer School, Rozemarijn, whom some of you will remember, has moved forward with her organisation to provide an opportunity for youth leaders throughout Europe to learn interfaith dialogue skills that will be used in community-building and peace-making.
Elijah is proud to support this initiative.

From August 9th till 16th, the second summer seminar InTerfaith, building community will be taking place. The theme of this interreligious formation experience for leaders is “Sharing wisdom and peace“. We are happy to organise it in partnership with Elijah Interfaith Institute and MIT Giovani. We have also begun to create links with the Master in Transcultural Spirituality, a training offered by the Fondation Vidal y Barraquer Foundation in Barcelona (Ramón Llull University).
The 2017 session will take place at Brussels (Belgium), capital of Europe.
We want to have a balanced number of participants from Jewish, Christian and Muslim traditions, looking to diversify the group in terms of denomination, nationality,… We need women and men engaged with youth, an intergenerational group, but with a preference for young adults.
It is important that some of you, who have already participated in the Perugia seminar in 2016, repeat the experience, bringing other people along. Indeed, you could facilitate the formation for the new participants!
