While the Elijah Institute is proud of its ongoing scholarly and long-term projects, a number of both religious leaders and lay leaders have expressed the need for a means to address issues of the day. These leaders have recognised that Elijah could provide a platform for addressing, issues that may be in the news headlines or that demand a religious voice that cannot be postponed until all of the Board of World Religious Leaders is gathered together.
