The National Chairman of the Cameroon Democratic Union, CDU, Adamou Ndam Njoya, addressed the public in Yaounde and declared his preference for ‘a better Cameroon’, ahead of the 2011 presidential elections. He announced that he expected the government of the country to use the resources of the land equitably, so that all parts of the country should have a ‘taste’ of the national cake. He has previously proposed constitutional amendments that would facilitate a more equitable distribution of wealth.
