Once again within 3 months we are witnessing a tragic attack in the heart of London. Those involved directly in the attack may be a few, but in reality the whole country is affected by fear. Fear leads to defensiveness and even aggression. Everyone needs peace and the country needs to be able to trust again. Trust that staying true to our highest values is the best means of safety. When values such as non-violence, selflessness and generosity of spirit are visible in our decision making and in our way of living, it brings a reciprocal response. What we can do is to serve others with love, purity of spirit and peace, rather than to blame.
